How do you choose a Stop Smoking Product?
It’s a tricky question. There are just so many stop smoking products out there, and all of them promise you the world. Unfortunately, you NOT being a doctor doesn’t really help…
It’s all smooth sales talk, promises, wonderful claims, “scientific breakthroughs”…
From a marketing point of view, yes. You see, at the end of the day it is not necessarily the best product that is the best marketed product…
So…
That sill leaves the original question:
How do you choose a Stop Smoking Product?
Well, you look at three things – just three:
1. Does the product have a proven track record? Sure – it is easy to conjure up testimonials. Phone or email the supplier and ask for a few telephone numbers…
You can decide for yourself if you want to contact the references or not – but ASK, and see what reaction you get. You may be surprised at the answers that get thrown at you…;)
2. Is it based on sensible principles, or does it sound like something that is too good to be true? Remember, if anything sounds too good to be true, it usually is. Use your common sense – it works!
3. Does it sound like a convenient or do-able solution? For instance, if you work with the public in a professional environment all day, you might not want to get into chewing gum (which is supposed to suppress the cravings), and if you do physical work out in the open, a patch in your arm might simply come off if you start sweating. It has to be something that will work – and be convenient – for YOU.
That being said…
Does a few capsules twice a day seem convenient enough for you?
